Thomas, Jr. brings nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in the mining, aggregate, and industrial sectors. After working his way through multiple roles and transitioning into management in 2008, Eulas has traveled across the country serving small, mid-sized, and international companies—developing deep expertise in plant operations, team building, safety, and workplace culture.
